Who we are

Information you choose to share

The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser for WhatsApp or your email app, or lets you copy it. The website does not submit the form to Lelco or store the fields. Messages you choose to send are processed by the relevant messaging, email and hosting providers.

Lawful basis and retention

We process enquiries where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to pursue our legitimate business interests in responding to customers. Records related to completed work may be retained for legal, tax and contractual purposes, as applicable.

Website technical data

This first version does not install third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Our web-hosting provider may process basic access logs for operational and security purposes.

Sharing and your rights

We do not sell customer information or share it for unrelated marketing. Necessary providers (such as hosting, email, messaging and payment processors) may process data to deliver our services; warranty and product registrations are undertaken with customer agreement. We use access controls, MFA on core systems, security updates and staff-access auditing. Lelco does not retain full payment card numbers. Your rights may include access, correction and objection; contact us or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
