Qualified methods, applied sensibly

Lelco holds PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practitioner qualifications. These provide a structured foundation for project governance and programme delivery; we apply the methods proportionately, avoiding unnecessary paperwork and bureaucracy.
