What does the workmanship guarantee cover?

Our workmanship guarantee applies to defects caused by Lelco's installation workmanship, which may include the fitting, securing and routing of cables, fixings, connections and other installation work undertaken by Lelco.

How long does it last?

The guarantee lasts three years from completion of qualifying work. Your quotation or invoice will identify the work covered. Products are covered separately under applicable manufacturer warranties.

What about the equipment itself?

Products such as sockets, switches, air-conditioning equipment, networking hardware and other components have separate applicable manufacturer warranties. The workmanship guarantee is not a promise that every product will last three years.

What is not normally covered?

Product failures unrelated to installation workmanship, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, damage from third-party alterations or external events are not workmanship defects. Any detailed conditions will be provided with the quotation or invoice. Claims are assessed fairly based on the cause of the fault.

Please contact Lelco with your invoice or quotation reference and a description of the problem. We will review the reported issue and arrange appropriate next steps.
